CEO was founded to provide comfortable, attractive professional business spaces to residents of and visitors to the West Side of the Rio Grande.

As an entrepreneur and consultant to entrepreneurs, Managing Member Barbara Kline well understands the need of emerging and established -- companies for elegant, well-equipped and affordable meeting space, including an executive boardroom. Equally, she understands the needs of mobile professionals for quiet temporary workspace, complete with business services such as Internet connectivity, printers, copiers, and faxes.

CEO, housed in a gracious adobe building in the Corrales Bosque (Rio Grande green belt), is just minutes from Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Parts of it date back to the early 1700's when it is believed to have been a part of the Alameda Land Grant, which was sold to Juan Gonzales Bas and later divided among his descendants and relatives into strips of land from the river to the sand hills of what is now Rio Rancho.

CEO offers affordable packages for the lease of a business address and mailbox. We will collect mail and receive packages during business hours, and you can access your mailbox when you wish, 24x7. We can also provide telephone reception services for an additional fee.

CEO offers office space and services on a space-available basis. If you find yourself in or near Corrales with some time between meetings, drop by for a cup of coffee or tea, a convenient carrel space in which to work, and a full set of office services to make your downtime completely efficient. Our affordable carrel concept is price-competitive with a local coffee shop (where you are expected to pay for your visit by buying drinks and food while you are there) with several big differences: you have a private, quiet space in which to work and make phone calls, a secure Internet connection, and a full complement of office services for printing last minute reports or sending or receiving faxes.

A carrel is a private workspace with a power strip, secure Internet connectivity and access to office services such as copier, printer and fax. It is a perfect place to stop between business meetings, or to work while you take advantage of high-speed printers and copiers that you would not have in a home office environment.

Yes, we have a professional printing facility where you can print or copy documents. We are competitive with facilities such as Kinkos and Staples for small jobs that you want done while you continue to work in one of our convenient carrels or meeting spaces.

› What kind of meeting space do you have?  

Our Live Oak Room provides private training or meeting facilities for up to 14 seated around a table or up to 26 in chair-only configurations. The space includes coffee, tea and water service, phone, secure wireless Internet, and other facilities as required.

Our Great Room offers a 5x10 boardroom-quality table with seating for up to 14 in a private, luxurious setting. The room also includes casual seating areas and can be configured for conferences and seminars as well.
